Aaron L. Durall, Esquire
President & General Counsel
As President of Reliance Laboratory Testing, Aaron Durall is responsible for the vision, leadership, and strategic planning within the company. Additionally, Mr. Durall oversees the financial and operational management of the company’s daily operations.
Mr. Durall obtained a Bachelor of Science Accounting degree from the University of Central Florida and immediately embarked upon a career in healthcare. Mr. Durall served as the chief financial officer of a home healthcare company for four years until he decided to further his education with a Juris Doctorate. After graduating from law school, Mr. Durall immediately opened his own law firm to represent individuals and businesses that sought aggressive, competent legal counsel.
Mr. Durall has extensive community involvement by serving as the general counsel to the NAACP, Fort Lauderdale Branch from 2003-2009, sitting on the Board of Directors for the Broward Meals on Wheels from 2007-2008, being the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Excelsior Preparatory Artz School 2009-present, and being appointed by Sheriff Scott Israel to the Professional Standards Committee for the Broward Sheriff’s Office from 2013-present.
Mr. Durall is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia and the District of Columbia. Additionally, Mr. Durall is licensed to practice in the following federal courts: U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. Middle District of Florida, U.S. Northern District of Florida, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court, District of Columbia and U.S Tax Court.

Gregg Berger
Vice President
As Vice President for Reliance Laboratory Testing, Mr. Berger is responsible for ensuring that cost effective operations and infrastructure are in place to support all staff. Mr. Berger assures that the organization is well positioned in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment. In conjunction with the President and Management Team, Mr. Berger identifies and leads new business development opportunities. Mr. Berger acts as a representative and ambassador to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization.
Mr. Berger is a forward thinking entrepreneur who began his career in the real estate industry. Mr. Berger began by buying neglected, distressed properties in early 1990’s within South Florida and rehabilitating those properties to provide neighborhoods and communities with a better aesthetical and monetary value. In the early 2000’s, Mr. Berger acquired over 200,000 square feet of mixed use buildings and retail shopping centers. Those acquisitions marked a unique opportunity to move into the condo conversion business and overseeing the daily management of those properties.
Mr. Berger is a board member for C.G. Smith Academy and their vision is to provide academic excellence for youth in Smith Community Mental Health’s behavioral well- being programs. The school caters to each child’s personal need to ensure that they reach their highest academic and social potential while engaging in the therapeutic process. Additionally, Mr. Berger has extensive community involvement in Broward County where he serves on the Board of Directors for Wiles Business Center, Riverbend at Las Olas, B&B Business Center and Business Center Management Group. Finally, Mr. Berger assists his time and money to the City of West Park’s back to school drive and holiday celebrations.

Linda Dicicco
Director of Laboratory Services
Laboratory services director, Linda Dicicco is a specialist in clinical laboratory medicine, quality management and data analysis. Mrs. Dicicco has a strong affinity to accreditation, regulatory affairs and a quality management process. Linda’s previous work includes laboratory director status at Fortune 500 companies such as Quest Diagnostics and DaVita Laboratories. Mrs. Dicicco also has extensive experience in ESRD laboratory medicine and has worked in the toxicology industry since 1989.

Dr. Corine Munnings
Medical Director and Consultant
As Medical Director and Consultant to Reliance Laboratory Testing, Dr. Munnings is responsible for reading, interpreting and confirming the results of each specimen. Additionally, Dr. Munnings oversees the laboratory to ensure quality control and quality assurance of all specimens tested.
Dr. Munnings obtained a Bachelor’s of Science of Biology degree from Spelman College with a minor in Spanish and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Miami and completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Miami Hospital/Jackson Memorial Hospital for anesthesiology.
Dr. Munnings passion is assisting others in need. She has volunteered her time and energy to projects in Haiti that assist with surgical procedures for underprivileged children in need of cleft lip and palate repair. Additionally, she has also provided health care and supplies for patients in rural Haiti. Dr. Munnings has lectured on topics regarding acute pain management and ultrasound guided regional anesthesia techniques.
